Qualifications

• Experience in stores, warehouse, stock control or catering environment.
• Ability to perform manual handling and lift/carry stock.
• Experience with stock rotation (FIFO) and inventory checks.
• Attention to allergen labelling and traceability.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
• Flexible and customer-focused with ability to work with colleagues and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and record deliveries of food, beverages and catering consumables.
• Carry out stock rotation (FIFO) and regular stock counts.
• Distribute stock to catering outlets, wards and departments.
• Maintain accurate manual and electronic stock records.
• Support allergen management and food safety compliance.
• Maintain clean, organised stores and temperature monitoring.
• Assist with audits and service improvements.
