University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Store Person to support the Catering Department at Bournemouth Hospital. The role is part-time (15 hours per week) on Mondays and Tuesdays, handling stock receiving, storage, and distribution while ensuring FIFO and compliance with food safety.

You will conduct regular stock checks, record keeping, temperature monitoring, and allergen management, helping deliver timely supplies for patient, staff and visitor catering.

Competenze

• Experience in a stores, warehouse, stock control or catering environment.
• Experience receiving, storing and issuing stock.
• NHS experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work 15 hours per week on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Mansioni

• Receive, check and record deliveries of food, beverages and catering consumables.
• Store products safely and rotate stock using FIFO.
• Issue stock to outlets and departments; monitor stock levels.
• Maintain allergen labelling and traceability.
• Ensure food safety, health & safety and good housekeeping.
