Job summary

Mount Charles in Lisburn is seeking a Catering Manager for a term-time only contract, working 40 hours per week with a focus on high-quality food preparation and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience and a strong understanding of HACCP regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies. You will play a key role in training staff and managing operations to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced catering/hospitality environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP and compliance with safety regulations.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills for safety communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard.
• Manage the unit efficiently to meet Gross profit targets.
• Induct, train, and appraise employees according to company procedures.
