Job summary

Mount Charles in Belfast is seeking an individual for a catering role focused on delivering excellent food standards and customer service. Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard.
• Ensure food is prepped and ready for service.
• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Work as part of the team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Complete bookkeeping procedures.
• Manage team to ensure service areas are stocked and well presented.

Skills

Previous experience in a fast-paced catering/hospitality environment

Demonstrable knowledge of HACCP

Management/supervisory experience

Excellent communication skills

Organisational skills

Experience in contract catering

Education

NVQ level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or above
