Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee the school catering provision on the Wirral, Merseyside, with an immediate start.

You'll manage the school kitchen day-to-day, lead the catering team, plan menus, ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety, and collaborate with staff to deliver a welcoming service.

This is a full-time, term-time role; a valid enhanced DBS is required or applicants must be willing to apply.

You'll be responsible for managing the catering team, coordinating food preparation and service, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety, and ensuring students and staff receive a welcoming and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the school kitchen and catering service
