Qualifications

• Experience working in a catering environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, storage and temperature control.
• Knowledge of food, beverages and catering equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare kitchens and restaurant service areas for practical classes.
• Ensure ingredients, equipment and resources are ready.
• Prepare basic food items, including stocks and sauces.
• Support food safety procedures, stock rotation and date labelling.
• Assist with deliveries and checking incoming goods.
• Serve tea and coffee for meetings when required.
