Thomas Franks Hereford seeks a General Assistant to join the catering team at our Hereford site. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with customer service, stock replenishment and cleaning to ensure smooth meal service.

Experience in catering is preferred; full training will be provided. You will join a team that prioritises excellent service and consistent standards across meals and events.

Qualifications

• Hold a level 2 food Hygiene qualification.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Good written English and reading skills.
• Experience in catering or fast-paced hospitality is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Support the team with serving customers and replenishing stocks.
• Prepare service areas for daily business and events.
• Serve, clear, and store away food, beverages and equipment.
