Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Catering Assistant for Trinity Care Home Garvagh in Northern Ireland. The role involves supporting a busy team to provide high-quality food service, adhering to HACCP and health & safety standards, and maintaining clean, well-presented dining areas.

The position offers part-time hours (30 hours/week, 3 days out of 7) with opportunities for training and development within a world-leading facilities management company.

Responsabilités

• Provide efficient and friendly service to customers
• Assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation to high quality standards
• Comply with HACCP and Health & Safety regulations
• Maintain hygienic and tidy environment; keep tables and counters clean
• Check deliveries and food temperatures, operate the till as required
• Report any equipment or safety issues to Line Manager
• Communicate effectively with team at all levels
