Optimum Care Group is seeking a Catering Assistant at Burleigh Hill House, Carrickfergus. The role is 30 hours per week across three 10-hour shifts from 7.30am to 6pm, on-site.

You will support kitchen operations, help with food preparation and service to Residents/Patients, and ensure clean, safe working practices. Benefits include enhanced bank holiday rate, paid training, free on-site parking, and a company pension.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working as part of a kitchen/amenities team or similar environment.
• Able to work independently and follow instruction.
• Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Aufgaben

• Maintain high standards of efficiency and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist in preparation, cooking and serving of food to residents/patients.
• Adhere to Safe Food Handling regulations and COSHH guidelines.
• Report faults and breakages to the Cook/Assistant Cook and maintain equipment.
• Attend staff meetings and training organised by the Home Manager.
