A reputable staffing agency is seeking an experienced Catering Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in the Birmingham area. As a Catering Assistant, you will greet and serve customers, handle payment transactions, and ensure high standards in food preparation and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality experience, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to work varying shifts from Monday to Friday. This position offers a chance to work with a long-established client team in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for experienced Catering Assistant / Counter Staff to join our team on a temporary basis, with opportunities to work with our long standing client in Longbridge / Bournville area.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and serving customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Operating tills and handling payments accurately
  • Preparing and presenting food and beverages to a high standard
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across counters and service areas
  • Assisting with food preparation and wash up duties
  • Supporting team members during busy shifts
  • Following health and safety and food hygiene regulations
What You’ll Need:
