Job summary

Lotus Natural Foods, the healthy snacking division of Lotus Bakeries, seeks a Category Development Executive in St Albans. You will become the go-to expert on NIQ, dunnhumby, and Nectar 360 SIP data, translating numbers into actionable insights for the Commercial team and key retail partners.

You will build strong relationships with buyers, develop range and pricing recommendations, and contribute to monthly reporting to guide strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data and storytelling with insights to inform business decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including story-telling ability.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and retail partners.
• Bachelor-level education; FMCG/category management or insights experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become a business expert on NIQ, dunnhumby and Nectar 360 SIP data to drive brand performance.
• Provide recommendations on range, fixtures, price and promotions to unlock sales growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and merchandising contacts to implement insights.
• Deliver monthly category reporting to support strategic decisions.
