Job summary

Lotus Natural Foods in the UK is seeking an Export Logistics Coordinator to manage international orders across our brands including Peter's Yard, Nakd, TREK, BEAR, and Kiddylicious. You will liaise with the team in Switzerland, arrange international collections with freight agents, and handle export documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years FMCG logistics experience, strong Excel and SAP experience, and the ability to work closely with 3PLs and Inventory teams to meet service

Qualifications

• Minimum education to Bachelor's degree level.
• 2 years FMCG experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Experience coordinating international orders and working with freight agents.
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills; proficient Excel usage.
• Good written and verbal communication; proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export orders across all brands and manage international orders with Switzerland team.
• Arrange international collections with freight agents and prepare health certificates/origin docs as needed.
• Process export sales orders and resolve order queries with line managers escalation when required.
• Maintain stock visibility with Inventory and 3PL to meet service targets.
• Transmit orders to 3PL/factories for dispatch and monitor SAP idoc errors daily.
• Raise credit notes for customer claims and participate in weekly team meetings.
• Contribute to profit improvement, cost reduction, and process enhancements.
• Support export documentation and other duties as requested to meet business needs.

About the Role

The key focus areas of the role and where you will spend the majority of your time are:

• Working across all our brands: Peter's Yard, Nakd, TREK, BEAR, Kiddylicious, Biscoff
• Liaising with the team in Switzerland managing international orders
• Arranging international collections with freight agents
• Requesting health certificates / certificates of origin as required
• Processing export sales orders
• Providing excellent customer service resolving all sales order queries and any issues, escalating when necessary to your line manager
• Advising export account managers of customer shortages
• Maintaining close relationships with the Inventory team and 3PL to ensure stock availability to fulfil sales orders and helping to achieve agreed service level targets.
• Ensuring that orders are transmitted to 3PL or factories for despatch.
• Monitoring and fixing SAP idoc errors on a daily basis.
• Investigating and raising credit notes against customer claims.
• Participating in weekly team meetings. Contributing ideas for profit improvement, cost reduction, system and process improvement.
• Raising export documentation as necessary.
• Any other duties, which might reasonably be requested in association with this role in order to meet the needs of the business.

About You

Alongside living our TOP values, you will need:

• Right-To-Work within the UK (without sponsorship)
• Minimum Education to Bachelors Degree level
• 2 years FMCG experience, background in Supply Chain and Logistics, ideally gained within the food industry
• Intermediate IT skills including Excel
• Numerical reasoning
• Analytical ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, good communicator and pro-active
• SAP experience would be advantageous
• Maintaining a professional and constructive relationship with customers.

Desirable skills and experience with:

• Managing international orders
• Arranging international collections with freight agents
• Requesting health certificates / certificates of origin as required
