Job summary

AXIS Capital seeks a Syndicate Exposure Manager to lead exposure management reporting for AXIS Managing Agency syndicates and support catastrophe risk oversight. You will produce timely MI and collaborate with Lloyd’s for accurate external reporting.

The role also involves group cat accumulations work, risk analysis, and cross‑functional liaison with actuarial, risk and underwriting teams. Office presence is required in London three days a week.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of catastrophe modelling software; Touchstone preferred.
• Strong understanding of Nat Cat concepts including PMLs, Exposure, TVaR, YLT.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; experience reporting Nat Cat exposures to regulators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external exposure management reporting for AXIS Managing Agency syndicates.
• Support Group nat cat accumulations and MI reporting where needed.
• Produce and analyse Nat Cat exposure insights for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Lloyd’s and other teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist with scenario analysis and model validation as required.
