AXIS Capital, a global specialty insurer and reinsurer, is seeking a Syndicate Exposure Manager to lead internal and external exposure management reporting for AXIS Managing Agency syndicates and support catastrophe risk oversight across the Lloyd’s platform.
You will produce MI, analyze portfolio movements, and collaborate with Risk, Actuarial and Underwriting teams while developing tools and processes to enhance reporting and decision making.

The exposure management function contributes significantly to the success of AXIS across all lines of business and interacts with virtually all areas of the company to ensure AXIS maintains an appropriate catastrophe risk strategy. The role is primarily focused on exposure management for AXIS Managing Agency syndicates, supporting the effective oversight and reporting of catastrophe risk across the Lloyd’s platform. By maintaining a high standard of exposure management outputs, the role provides internal stakeholders with clear, timely and reliable information to support decision-making, while also ensuring external reporting to Lloyd’s is accurate, robust and delivered to the required standard.
The role’s main responsibility is to lead the internal and external Exposure management reporting requirements for AXIS Managing Agency syndicates. The role will also involve supporting on Group cat accumulations and MI where necessary.

In this role, you will typically be required to be in the office 3 days per week.
