Zusammenfassung

AXIS Capital, a global specialty insurer and reinsurer, is seeking a Syndicate Exposure Manager to lead internal and external exposure management reporting for AXIS Managing Agency syndicates and support catastrophe risk oversight across the Lloyd’s platform.

You will produce MI, analyze portfolio movements, and collaborate with Risk, Actuarial and Underwriting teams while developing tools and processes to enhance reporting and decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of catastrophe modelling software is required; experience with Touchstone is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Nat Cat concepts and terminology, including PMLs, Exposure, TVaR, YLT, and related metrics.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL.
• Experience analysing and reporting PML movements at portfolio level.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Prior experience reporting Nat Cat exposures to regulators is preferred but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead Lloyd’s exposure management reporting for AXIS Managing Agency syndicates.
• Produce Exposure Management MI and support portfolio roll ups and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Exposure Management tools with internal/external partners.
• Support reinsurance purchase process with Nat Cat exposure analysis and scenario testing.
• Assess Cat Capital methodology and contribute to planning.
• Ensure Nat Cat data feeds into the internal capital model.
• Assist in identifying non-modelled perils/exposures and data gaps.
• Support event response with timely loss estimates and exposure summaries.
