Job summary

A leading insurance firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an Exposure Management Analyst to support their team in analyzing catastrophe exposures and risks. The role includes ensuring compliance with management frameworks and contributing to capital setting processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Lloyd's environment, strong data analytics skills, and a background in reinsurance. Responsibilities

• Support the Exposure Management team in implementation of the Exposure Management framework.
• Monitor and report on syndicates’ compliance with exposure management requirements.
• Support the monitoring of managed syndicates operational performance against plans/procedures, escalating exceptions to the Head of EM.
• Oversee the monitoring of data quality on managed syndicates underwriting systems.
• Contribute to the SBF submission and capital setting process.
• Support with preparation of Lloyd’s returns including RDS/LCM.
• Support the maintenance and continued development of the Exposure Management analytics and MI.

Skills

Previous experience of the Lloyd's environment through data management, underwriting support or exposure management

Knowledge of approaches to Exposure Management

Reinsurance knowledge to support appropriate interrogation of Exposure Management data

Data manipulation, analytics, and presentation skills, including SQL and Tableau
