Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Casual Ticketing Advisor to support TicketQuarter, M&S Bank Arena Box Office and the Contact Centre in Liverpool. You’ll handle guest bookings and enquiries, promoting all events with energy and a guest-first attitude.

You'll join a busy, fast-paced sales environment, work flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends, and help create unforgettable experiences for audiences visiting one of the UK’s premier venues on the waterfront.

Qualifications

• Casual ticketing role with no guaranteed hours.
• Experience in fast-paced sales/call centre environments.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service under pressure.
• Flexible to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote shows/events on sale at the M&S Bank Arena and TicketQuarter.
• Provide high level customer booking and enquiry service across TicketQuarter, Arena Box Office and Contact Centre.
• Support operations behind the scenes to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude to maximise audience satisfaction.
