Job summary

Liverpool Experience Campus is seeking a Client Account Executive to join our team in Liverpool. The role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating with promoters and event teams, and ensuring accurate setup of shows on the Ticketing System and online.

You will work with various internal teams to gather information, maintain manifests, and support sales growth while delivering excellent customer service across all events.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have experience of the Events Sector.
• Ticketing Systems knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience in the sales industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, organisers and promoters to understand business requirements and maintain positive relationships.
• Liaise with multiple teams for each event to gather information and set up shows on sale.
• Set up and configure shows/events in the ticketing system and online, including venue, seating, price charts and templates.
• Create and update event manifests to maintain capacity and allocations.
• Coordinate ticket allocations with promoters/clients and ensure timely delivery or collection of tickets.
• Maintain event files with contract details, seating layouts and settlement information.
• Inform clients of sales figures and negotiate allocations to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing to display accurate event information on websites and marketing materials.
• Ensure all ticket points of sale have complete event/venue information prior to presales onsales.
• Monitor ticketing department to maintain high levels of customer care and responsiveness.
• Support day-to-day box office operations during events to ensure smooth administration.
