Providing 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with additional learning needs
Supporting the child to access classroom learning and activities
Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, and structured learning tasks

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support the child\'s development
Promoting positive behaviour and social interaction
Experience supporting children in a primary school or childcare setting
