Job summary

GSL Education are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant at a friendly primary school in Colchester. The role is full-time and long-term starting in September, providing dedicated 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with additional needs.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to help the pupil engage with activities, follow routines and build confidence, while contributing to an inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

About the Role
