The Celtic Collection is seeking a reliable Kitchen Steward to join the Ty Hotel team in Newport. You will help keep the dishwashing area running smoothly and support the kitchen during a busy service.

No previous experience is required, but a willingness to learn and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment are important. Food Hygiene Level 2 is ideal, and training is provided to help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Keep all dishwashing equipment running safely and smoothly.
• Ensure the kitchen and staff areas stay clean and tidy.
• Clean stoves, grills and other kitchen equipment properly.
• Help keep outlets stocked with clean equipment.
• Make sure chefs have clean pans ready to go.
