We are looking for a Casual Kitchen Porter to support the smooth operation of our kitchens and food & beverage areas. This role is vital to ensuring cleanliness, food safety, and operational efficiency across the hotel.

What you’ll do

• Assist with washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Support the preparation of clean linen and dining ware for guest use.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, etc.).
• Receive and store deliveries, properly rotating perishables.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen and service areas.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.
• Support team members and respond to operational needs as required.
