Delta Hotels by Marriott Peterborough is seeking a friendly Hotel Receptionist on casual hours to join our front desk team. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and efficient service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, assisting with inquiries, handling calls, and maintaining a polished front desk area while upholding hotel standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out of the hotel and manage guest accounts, ensuring paperwork and payment details are correct.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests, provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments or guests.
• Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean, organised and well maintained.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, following hotel policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports and update occupancy statistics.
