Delta-By-Hotels-By-Marriott-Peterborough is seeking a Casual Kitchen Porter to join our team. No experience? No problem—if you have a great attitude and enjoy teamwork, we'll show you the ropes.

You will operate and maintain cleaning equipment, wash and disinfect kitchen and store rooms, receive deliveries, rotate stock, empty refuse, and keep workspaces clean. We offer tips, meals on duty, uniform, training and development, TakeCare Well-being Program, and free parking.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station, and compactor.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
• Empty and maintain refuse area.
• Clean and mop all areas in assigned departments.
