Qualifications

• Experience in good customer service and interest in fan engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive, welcoming environment for supporters at the stadium.
• Assist fans entering, exiting and navigating the venue, providing information and directions.
• Provide accessibility support including wheelchair assistance where required.
• Gather supporter feedback to help improve the matchday experience.
• Offer information about local area, transport options and Brentford FC events.
• Support stadium tours and events as needed.
• Collaborate across Club teams to deliver an outstanding matchday experience.
