Job summary

Eden Motor Group in Banbury is seeking a flexible, enthusiastic team member on a zero hours contract to support our sales and aftersales team. You will assist with driving duties, ensure vehicle displays meet standards, and help with trade stock and deliveries.

Responsibilities include photographing used vehicles, processing deliveries, and guiding vehicles through the sale process, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.

• Assist with driving duties and vehicle displays to Company and manufacturer standards.
• Deal with trade stock and ensure it is sent to auction promptly.
• Assist Sales Executives in progressing vehicles from order to delivery and ensure used vehicles are photographed and shown on the website.
• Receive new and used car deliveries, check for damage, paperwork and keys, and prepare for sale within agreed time frames.

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic person to assist our team at Eden Banbury on a zero hours contract. You will be responsible for assisting with driving duties. Ensuring all vehicle displays comply with both Company and manufacturer standards to include cleanliness, point of sale material and correct pricing. Dealing with trade stock and ensuring it is sent to auction in a timely manner. Assisting the Sales Executives progressing vehicles through the correct process from order to delivery. Ensuring all used vehicles are photographed and showing on our website. You will also have responsibility for receiving new and used car deliveries and ensuring they are free from damage, have the correct paperwork/keys, are stored correctly and prepared ready for sale within agreed time frames. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this position is integral in maintaining our high standards of customer care.

A full driving licence is essential.
