Job summary

Eden Banbury is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to join the team. You will assist incoming customers daily and engage with prospective customers, working as part of a team with strong communication and IT skills.

Motor trade or retail customer service experience is advantageous but not essential, with a competitive salary and a range of benefits described in the advert.

We are looking for an Aftersales Advisor to join our team at Eden Banbury. You should possess excellent customer service skills, be presentable, professional, reliable and a dedicated team player. Motor trade experience or retail customer service experience would be advantageous but is not essential. You will assist incoming customers on a daily basis as well as talking to prospective customers. As you will be working as part of a team, good communication skills and IT skills are essential as well as being able to work on your own initiative as and when required, and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
