Job summary

Eden Motor Group in Reading Hyundai is seeking a motivated team player for a pivotal showroom support role. You will help maintain vehicle displays to brand standards, handle deliveries, and support the Sales team through the order-to-delivery process.

With a full driving licence and a customer-focused approach, you will ensure cars are photographed, priced, and presented on the website, while assisting with trade stock and compliance to timelines.

• Full driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle displays compliant with company and manufacturer standards, including cleanliness and pricing.
• Deal with trade stock and arrange its auction when required.
• Assist Sales Executives from order to delivery processing.
• Photograph used vehicles and feature them on the website.
• Receive new and used car deliveries, check paperwork/keys, store correctly and ready for sale on time.

Working closely with the Sales Manager, this role is key to the success of the sales department. You will be responsible for ensuring all vehicle displays comply with both Company and manufacturer standards to include cleanliness, point of sale material and correct pricing. Dealing with trade stock and ensuring it is sent to auction in a timely manner. Assisting the Sales Executives progressing vehicles through the correct process from order to delivery. Ensuring all used vehicles are photographed and showing on our website. You will also have responsibility for receiving new and used car deliveries and ensuring they are free from damage, have the correct paperwork/keys, are stored correctly and prepared ready for sale within agreed time frames.

A full driving licence is essential.
