Job summary

The Parkgate Hotel is seeking Casual Conference and Events Associates to deliver exceptional service during Cardiff’s festive season. Work flexible shifts around studies, greeting guests warmly, serving food and drinks, and supporting busy events in a luxurious setting.

Ideal candidates are friendly, communicative, reliable and ready to learn. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not required; full training will be provided.

• Support event and restaurant teams during busy festive periods.
• Assist with room and event set-ups to ensure every occasion looks spectacular.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure guests enjoy an outstanding visit.
• Demonstrate understanding of food allergies and dietary requirements.
