Job summary

Ashberry Recruitment is seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to assist young people in Burnley and surrounding areas. The role involves supporting residents in homes, on weekends and nights, with shifts across days, evenings and sleeps as needed.

Experience in children's homes is preferred; NVQ Level 3 in Residential Child Care is advantageous but not essential. DBS checks and right-to-work are required. Earn competitive, timely pay under Agency Worker Regulations.

Job description

Ashberry Recruitment represent hundreds of experienced Residential Support Workers across the North for casual, ad-hoc and temporary work with our specialist social care clients.

Presently we are keen to identify new staff to supplement our current team of amazing support workers and are particularly interested in candidates who wish to work on this basis, with young people residing in the care system across Burnley and surrounding areas.

We are looking for candidates with experience of working within a children's home and/or leaving care environment. An NVQL3 Residential Child Care qualification would be advantageous but isn't essential.

Our bank workers are dependable, reliable and committed. We need workers who can be available at short notice, across 7 days to include weekends, days, evenings, nights & sleeps.
