Job summary

Searcys Events in High Wycombe is seeking a Casual Chef de Partie to join our team. You will be an ambassador for the brand, covering all kitchen sections and supporting the Exec/Head Chef in day‑to‑day operations at this prestigious venue.

Qualifications

• Must be well organised and able to prioritise workloads.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in a 5‑star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide food/service to a consistently high standard, assisting senior chefs with functions across the business.
• Manage stock levels for your section and place orders as required.
• Ensure food presentation aligns with senior chefs' standards.
• Adhere to Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements.
• Fulfil other reasonable requests from Senior Management.

Searcys are looking for a Casual CDP to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe.

Working as a Chef for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. As a Chef de Partie you will work across all sections of the kitchen and support the Exec/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue.

Job Description

Job Type: Casual Contract

Salary : £18 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
• Responsible to manage stock levels of thesection you are overseeing including ordering when required.
• Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
• To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
• Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
