Job summary

Searcys are seeking a Casual Chef de Partie to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering memorable food while working across kitchen sections and supporting the Exec/Head Chef in daily operations.

The role involves serving at a variety of prestigious venues, with industry-leading benefits and a chance to contribute to iconic events across the UK.

Qualifications

• Very well organised; able to prioritise workload.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel or Michelin restaurant is desirable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide food/service to a consistently high standard, assisting senior chefs with functions across venues.
• Manage stock levels for your section and place orders as needed.
• Ensure presentation of food aligns with standards set by senior chefs.
• Adhere to all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements.
• Assist with other reasonable requests from Senior Management.

Searcys are looking for a Casual CDP to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe.

Working as a Chef for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. As a Chef de Partie you will work across all sections of the kitchen and support the Exec/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue.

Job Description

Job Type: Casual Contract

Salary : £18 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
• Responsible to manage stock levels of thesection you are overseeing including ordering when required.
• Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
• To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
• Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
