Job summary

Searcys Events at High Wycombe is seeking a Casual Pastry Chef to join the team. You will work across kitchen sections and support the Exec/Head Chef in daily operations, ensuring high standards for all events.

Qualifications

• Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent standards.
• Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
• Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.
• Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
• To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
• Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.

Searcys is looking for a Casual Pastry Chef to join Searcys Events at High Wycombe.

Working as a Pastry Chef for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. As a Chef de Partie you will work across all sections of the kitchen and support the Exec/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue.

Job Description

Job Type: Casual Contract

Salary : £19 per hour
