Job summary

Searcys at 10-11 Carlton House Terrace in London is seeking a Chef de Partie to contribute across conferences, banquets, fine dining and weddings. You'll work with the finest ingredients in a dedicated team and gain opportunities to develop your career.

Responsibilities include delivering high-standard food and service, coordinating with senior chefs, managing stock and waste, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Very well organised and ability to prioritise work load
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Experience in working in a 5 star hotel or Michelin star restaurant is desirable

Responsibilities

• To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
• To liaise with key people in the team in order to plan for the provision of food in all kitchen areas
• To ensure smooth running of daily operations which include ensuring no disruption to the pre agreed menu offer.
• Responsible to manage stock levels of that specific area including ordering when required as well as waste control.
• Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
• To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations.
• To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to

Job Description

Salary: up to £18.00 Per Hour
