Norse Care’s Munhaven in Mundesley is seeking a caring Casual Care & Support Worker to assist with personal care and support tasks, helping residents maintain independence and dignity in line with person-centred plans.

You'll work flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday, joining a supportive team, ready to respond to call bells, support wellbeing events, and promote a safe, engaging living environment for our service users.

Casual Care & Support Worker – Mundesley

£13.56 per hour

Casual contract working shifts across Monday - Sunday.

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
