Norse Care’s Munhaven in Mundesley is seeking a caring Casual Care & Support Worker to assist with personal care and support tasks, helping residents maintain independence and dignity in line with person-centred plans.

You'll work flexible shifts across Monday to Sunday, joining a supportive team, ready to respond to call bells, support wellbeing events, and promote a safe, engaging living environment for our service users.

Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates who are passionate about supporting others with excellent care.
• A willingness to complete accredited courses and ongoing training.
• Able to work as part of a supportive team and follow resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as required.
• Support residents to maintain independence and dignity per care plans.
• Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly and communicate with staff.
• Participate in wellbeing events and activities to promote a positive environment.
