Job summary

Munhaven in Mundesley is seeking a Care Team Leader to join our friendly team. You will build strong relationships with colleagues and health and social care professionals, lead staff, and oversee day-to-day care to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.

We offer fully funded courses, career progression and a £15.75 per hour night rate with enhancements. A £250 bonus after probation applies to contracted roles. DBS check is required and sponsorship is not available.

A day in the life:

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided. Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

Munhaven is our residential care home in the North Norfolk village of Mundesley. We provide dedicated care and support, specialising in care and support for people living with dementia.

*£250 will be payable at 3 months after successful mid-term probation review & £250 payable after successful probation period in the role. This is subject to successful performance, sickness reviews and completion of successful probation period. You will not be eligible for this bonus if you are currently a Care Team Leader within Norse Care. Bonus available for contracted positions for certain vacancies only.*
