Job summary

Norse Care is recruiting a Care Support Worker in Downham Market. You will assist with personal care and support tasks, helping service users maintain independence and dignity in line with their care plan. You’ll work as part of a friendly team, supporting wellbeing activities and ensuring a safe, engaging environment.

DBS check will be required, and we offer funded training and progression opportunities. Casual contract with shifts across days and weekends (0700-1430 or 1430-2130).

Care Support Worker – Downham Market

£13.56 per hour (Days)

Casual contract working shifts across Monday - Sunday.

Shift Patterns: 0700-1430 or 1430-2130.

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
