Norse Group LTD's High Haven in Downham Market seeks a Casual Care Team Leader to supervise night staff and support residents with person-centred care. You will work with home managers to ensure safe, compassionate night-time care and improve resident wellbeing.

Casual Care Team Leader– Downham Market

£15.75 (Nights) + enhancements + paid sickness scheme

Casual contract working shifts across Monday - Sunday :1830-0700

A day in the life:

You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

High Haven is our care home at the heart of the Downham Market community in West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
