Norse Care is seeking a Care Support Worker for Downham Market to help service users maintain independence and dignity within a compassionate, team‑oriented environment.

You will assist with personal care, respond to call bells, and support wellbeing activities while working 17.88 hours per week with a view to taking on additional hours. Training is provided and sponsorship is not available.

Care Support Worker – Downham Market

£13.81 per hour (Days) + enhancements

17.88hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

Shift Patterns: Monday - Sunday 0700 - 2130.

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

High Haven is our care home at the heart of the Downham Market community in West Norfolk. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support, including specialist care and support for people living with dementia.
