Job summary

Norse Care is seeking a Care Support Worker for Cranmer House in Fakenham to provide compassionate personal care and support to residents in line with person-centred plans.

We offer fully funded accredited training, career progression, weekend enhancements, and a £500 sign-on bonus. A DBS check is required, and sponsorship is not available at this time.

• Respond to call bells and emergencies promptly and communicate with medical professionals as required.

Care Support Worker – Fakenham

£13.81 per hour (days) + enhancements

Multiple Hours available:

15 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

18.6 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A day in the life:

As a Care Support Worker you will assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling our service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.

Working as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with your colleagues and the service users, participating and supporting with wellbeing events and activities, and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.

Responding to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicating with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

Cranmer House is our residential care home in Fakenham, West Norfolk. The home provides short-term and full-time residential care and support.
