Job summary

The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle is seeking a Club Concierge to be the welcoming face of the castle, building relationships with members and guests, and helping create moments that linger with them long after their stay.

Based at Skibo Castle in the Scottish Highlands, you will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and provide expert knowledge of estate experiences while delivering warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a concierge, front of house, or guest-facing hospitality role, ideally within a luxury or private members' club environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with solid computer literacy and administrative ability.
• Confidence in managing check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments, handling guest requests swiftly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary point of contact for members and guests throughout their stay.
• Providing expert knowledge about Club amenities, services, and unique experiences across the estate.
• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs, and exceeding expectations.
• Overseeing smooth check-in and check-out processes for individuals, families, and groups with meticulous attention to detail.
• Escorting members and guests to their accommodation, assisting with luggage, and noting any special preferences or requirements.
• Supporting with events, private functions, and estate tours, always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a flawless experience.
