Qualifications

• Overseeing daily CASS controls.
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Reviewing client complaints and risk incidents for CASS impact.
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans.
• Managing the team's meeting governance.
