Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to strengthen CASS controls and maintain high standards of client asset protection. You will work in a fast-moving digital environment, partnering with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard customer assets and strengthen control frameworks.

The role involves overseeing daily CASS controls, reviewing incidents, and leading governance for the compliance team. A background in finance or risk, plus knowledge of CASS rules, is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
