Job summary

Revolut in Birmingham seeks a Business Compliance Manager to uphold CASS standards across client assets. You will partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard assets and strengthen controls in a fast-moving digital environment.

Key duties include daily CASS controls, incident action planning, and governance of team meetings while staying ahead of regulatory developments. A 2+ year background in finance/compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an analyst in an investment firm, bank, consultancy, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• A willingness to continuously develop and improve your expertise.
• Professional certificate/diploma in risk, compliance, or CASS.
• A degree in economics or finance.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.

• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
