Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to the FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) and to strengthen our control environment in a fast-moving digital business.

You will oversee daily CASS controls, partner with Operations, Risk and Compliance, review client complaints and incidents for CASS impact, and help shape custody protection across our platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an analyst in finance, investment firm, bank, or regulator.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 and 7.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans
• Managing the team's meeting governance
