Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom seeks a Business Compliance Manager to ensure we meet FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) requirements and strengthen our control environment. You will operate in the first line of defence, partnering with Operations and cross-functional teams to safeguard client assets and maintain high standards of regulatory conduct.

In this role you will oversee daily CASS controls, liaise with 1LoD Risk and Compliance teams, review client complaints and incidents for CASS

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an analyst in a regulated or financial environment.
• Awareness of CASS rules, specifically CASS 6 & 7.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily CASS controls.
• Liaising with 1LoD Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Reviewing client complaints and operational risk incidents for CASS impact.
• Overseeing CASS incident action plans.
• Managing the team's meeting governance.
