Job summary

The Rank Group plc, home of Grosvenor Casinos, is seeking an experienced Casino Manager to lead all gaming activity across a venue. You will ensure a safe, professional and engaging guest experience, guiding the gaming floor to operate smoothly and maintain high standards. This role requires a PML and strong leadership in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

40 hours a week, shifts will include weekends and evenings/nights.

As a Casino Manager, you’ll lead the smooth running of all gaming activity across the venue.

Your role is key in creating a safe, professional and engaging environment, tailored to each guest. You’ll understand what different players want and ensure their experience not only meets expectations, but stands out.

By keeping standards high and the atmosphere welcoming, you’ll ensure the gaming floor runs efficiently and every guest leaves having had a great time.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Casino Expertise: Strong UK casino management experience with a broad understanding of slots, tables and performance drivers.
• Licensed Leader: Holds a valid Personal Management Licence (PML).
• Customer Focus: Understands player expectations and delivers a safe, engaging experience.
• Operational Delivery: Keeps the gaming floor running smoothly and efficiently.
• Communication: Clear, open and consistent in how you lead and engage teams.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a changing environment.
• Safer Gambling: Promotes and supports responsible play.
• Inclusive Leadership: Builds supportive, high-performing teams.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
