Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos in the UK is seeking a Gaming Operations Manager to oversee all gaming activities across the casino floor, including table, electronic gaming and poker, ensuring compliant and efficient operations.

You will lead a team, drive sales and yield targets, and maintain high standards of customer service while meeting regulatory requirements in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and weekends.

As a Gaming Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of gaming excitement.

You’ll oversee all gaming activities within the casino, including table gaming, electronic gaming, and poker, ensuring each area operates effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Have previous casino management experience, an excellent knowledge of all UK gaming activities and proven success in achieving sales and yield targets.
• Hold a current PML Licence.
• Have a proven track record and ability to lead a team of people and communicate the standards and targets for a successful casino.
• Be people focused with a passion for delivering first class customer experiences.
• Be able to demonstrate the company values and correct behaviours that will support driving our mission to be the most loved Casinos in the UK.
• Have proven experience conducting/recording EDD and RG conversations with customers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
