Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming compliance, technical compliance, or QA, with leadership of teams.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming standards, GLI certification, and multi-market licensing.
• Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives.
• Proven crisis management, incident investigation, and regulator liaison.
• Experience with QA workflows and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of six (Team Lead + five specialists) and drive high-performance culture.
• Oversee multi-market governance and ensure certification for live content.
• Collaborate between Casino Ops, QA, and Commercial teams for seamless workflows.
• Own the Compliance Portal and oversee incident investigations and reporting.
• Develop safeguards against GSP failures and manage risk controls.
• Report regularly to senior leaders on compliance health and risks.
