Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail with team oversight.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach and develop staff in product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive training and development in makeup, skincare and selling skills.
• Set goals, monitor performance and create development plans.
• Manage attendance, conduct and ER processes with professionalism.
• Drive KPIs and ensure stock, cash and store standards are met.
• Oversee stock, cash handling and daily operations across the store.
• Support visual merchandising and brand activations.
• Resolve customer queries promptly to build loyalty.
